Most servers will require Internet connectivity which is why we give you an initial amount of bandwidth with each order - so you can start accessing your servers right away.
Should our network fail for any reason, we will refund all or part of your monthly hosting fees. Please ask for our SLA for further details.
Security is very important and we want to help you ensure your data is safe - which is why every dedicated server or colocation client is entitled to a FREE 128 bit secure ssl certificate valid for 1 year.
You need to know if your server is offline - and we can tell you. Our basic server monitoring will email you alerting you of a non responding server so you can take necessary action.
Great technical support is critical - and you can rely on us to assist with any network issues which may arise promptly and efficiently. Remote hands is available 24 hours per day and our staff are all highly qualified and very experienced.
You will receive one UK (co.uk) or one US (.com.net.org) domain name of your choice at no charge with each order you place (subject to availability).
IP addresses are an essential part of the way your server will communicate with the outside world. Many hosts charge extra for issuing IP addresses but we do not. We will issue your server with up to 64 IP addresses at no charge - providing you can satisfy normal RIPE rules (you have to have a genuine requirement for them for example SSL certificates).
