Independant Billing Platform - You can choose to manage your own client billing or utilise our fully featured online billing platform. Should you choose to fully automate repeat billing using your account you can rest assured the only name your clients will see is yours
Control Content Sent To Your Clients - For resellers wishing to have their system remind users of expiring domain names, hosting account billing and support issues you can amend text to suit you simply by editing default message templates
Support Is Important - Inevitably you will be asked for support from your end users at some time and you want to make it easy for them to log a call in a fashion which is easy for you to manage. Your system can allow them to either log a call from their branded control panel or simply to email a support email address (eg support@yourdomain.ext). Your system will automatically open a support call with a unique tracking reference, send a receipt to your client, alert you to the new request and input all details into your support database. Of course everything will be performed in your company name.
