How long after I signup will I have to wait to use my account? - New accounts are moderated and you should be able to log in almost immediately. We do not ask for any money or any credit card details until you have tried the system for 1 month.

What payment methods do you accept? - You can pay by any major credit or debit card, PayPal, invoice or bank transfer. We also allow you a 7 day credit account for future payments.

Will I be able to offer both Windows & Linux web site hosting or do I have to choose one? - You can offer both. Your administration area will allow you to create unlimited amounts of web sites using either Windows or Linux web hosting platforms.

How can your system support unlimited web sites? - Our system is clustered. Clustering means we can control more than one server from a central location which allows us to easily add more servers as demand increases. Theoretically our platform can control a virtually unlimited number of servers.

Does unlimited hosting mean my servers will be overloaded? - No. Unlike many of our competitors we only average 300 web sites per server. Most shared hosting companies average 2000-5000 sites per server but we deem this to be unacceptable.

How can you afford to have so few sites per server? - Economies of scale. Our infrastructure is such that we have the resources to manage a large server cluster. Hardware costs are much lower than they were and we would rather manage additional servers than risk upsetting the business of several thousand clients due to hardware failure. Also we feel 2000-5000 sites per server is simply not a good enough level of serivce and speed to offer you.

What specification are your servers? - The average server specification is dual Xeon processors, 1-4 gigabyte memory, hardware RAID 5 hard disk array with full hardware redundancy. We only deploy quality rack-mount server hardware from HP/Compaq, Sun, IBM and Dell.

Will my bandwidth be limited? - No. You are free to use as much bandwidth as you require. Included in your reseller hosting plan is 10 gigabyte data transfer per month. Additional usage is charged at £4 per gigabyte per month which is one of the lowest prices in the UK. You can buy more in advance at just £3 per Gb should you need to.

How much disk space am I allowed? - Your account has 10 gigabyte (10'000 megabyte) of web space. The average web site is smaller than 1 megabyte allowing plenty of room for future growth. Should you exceed the 10 gigabyte allowance you can simply take a second reseller plan. Existing resellers who exceed the 10 gigabyte allowance have a large client base and show an impressive profit.

How do you provide support to me? -We provide unlimited support to you by means of email 24/7. You can also telephone our support department if you prefer.

So the system costs £500 per year or £50 per month? - Yes. This fee covers the 24/7 server maintenance, management of your account including the comprehensive brandable control panel system, software maintenance and feature upgrades and unlimited support for you. There are no hidden charges with our plan.
