Altaire reserves the right to refuse trial accounts at its discretion or to terminate any trial user.
Our network is heavily monitored and any abuse will result in permanent account termination and possibly legal action.
Domain name registration may be available from your control panel and new domain names must be paid for in advance (we will contact you if you select to add a new domain registration to your trial account.
Altaire may at its discretion disable any listed feature for its trial account users to protect the integrity of its network or for any other reason. Full paid accounts will not be limited in any way.
eMail storage for trial users will be restricted to 100 megabytes.
Full contact details must be supplied during signup. Failure to provide such details may result in account moderation until accurate details are provided.
Support for FREE trial accounts is available 24/7 via email only.
At the end of your 14 day trial we will contact you to discuss our full paid account.
Trial accounts will automatically be suspended at the end of day 14. You can only re-enable your account by transferring to a full paid account.
The 14 day trial can not be extended. You can cancel your free trial at any time during the 14 days.
