Main Function of the role:

To assist with creation of graphics for the web and HTML web pages/emails.

Accountable to:

You will be accountable to the Lead Creative Architect

Performance Measured:

Your work will be overseen by the Lead Creative Architect and your performance will be measured monthly through ongoing discussion and account reviews.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:

* An understanding of the basic elements of the Internet and branding are essential
* Communication skills - verbal and written - are paramount
* Ability to assimilate information quickly
* Willingness to learn quickly and the ability to cope under pressure
* You must be computer literate (PC or Mac)

The following attributes are also necessary: accuracy and attention to detail, adaptability, client focus, communication, team working, initiative and self-confidence

Normal working hours are 9am to 5:30pm although a flexible approach is essential as and when the job demands.

Objectives:

The roles offers the opportunity for a good grounding in creative design, the ability to handle client accounts and to develop your skills ready to move on to hopefully lead projects in the future.

Your main responsibilities day to day (however vary varied) may consist of:

* Collating and fully understanding client brief
* Organising and managing your diary to accurately provide timescales for your work
* Producing artwork for regular HTML emails, producing full HTML emails (training will be provided for best practice etc)
* Producing any additional artwork to compliment client campaign
* End of Month reporting
* Working with Lead Creative Architect to develop new ideas for our clients and our company
* Liaison direct with clients on all aspects of your work

In addition, you will be required to sit in on internal meetings, brainstorm ideas for clients and attend any courses jointly deemed appropriate.

Working primarily on projects for very large companies, including several house-hold names, you will need to be highly motivated, able to demonstrate creative flair and be keen to learn. An understanding of the importance and implications of a strong brand is also a pre-requisite. Duties include production of HTML emails, general web site 'pod' creation, html web page design, online banner design and occasional print material e.g. billboard design. Training is available to people who can demonstrate quality work and the right attitude. We are currently undergoing an internal restructure and this position represents an exciting opportunity to excel as a key member within a team which is set to expand during 2007.
